Mr. Anshul Saxena
Co - Founder & Director
Anshul Saxena is an accomplished development professional with over 13 years of experience collaborating with governments and INGOs at various levels. His expertise spans program design, management, and team leadership, with a strong commitment to social justice. Holding a BA LLB (Hons.) from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, and an M.S.W. from TISS, Mumbai, Anshul has a solid educational foundation.
His notable achievements include conceptualising and designing impactful projects like the Tele-Law scheme and Nyubu Nyvgam Yerko, Seppa, which have brought positive change to remote communities. As an advisor to the education minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Anshul played a key role in shaping educational policies. He has also served as a consultant and led the PMU at AIGGPA, managing and leading flagship projects for the government of Madhya Pradesh, such as CMYIP and CMYPDP. His leadership has earned recognition, including the Rashtriya Gaurav Gram Sabha Award for Sarangi Panchayat and the establishment of a robust volunteer network to combat gender-based violence. Furthermore, Anshul has worked with international organisations such as UN Women and contributed to promoting indigenous practices and products from the Northeastern states, fostering market linkages for agricultural products in Arunachal Pradesh to support economic growth and community development.

Abhishek Nadar, a graduate in Political Science from Delhi University, furthered his education with a Master's degree in International Relations and Area Studies from Jamia Millia Islamia. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to social impact and policy research. His professional journey includes roles such as Research Specialist at ISRA (Institute for Social Responsibility and Accountability) and Child Rights Fellow with the Delhi government, where he contributed significantly to societal betterment. Additionally, Nadar served as a policy associate to a Member of Parliament. Currently, as a Research Associate to a Cabinet Minister in the Government of Madhya Pradesh, he leverages his expertise to drive evidence-based policymaking for positive societal change. Nadar's diverse engagements also encompass appearing for the UPSC interview and involvement in esteemed initiatives such as the International Paris Summit for Climate Change Program COP21 and the United Nations He For She Women Empowerment and Gender Equality, India Programme..

Shubham Shukla, a seasoned professional with a Master's in Public Policy & Governance and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, has spearheaded transformative projects across government and academic institutions. As a Consultant at Atal Institute of Good Governance & Policy Analysis, he led the design of Madhya Pradesh's youth portal, engaging over 80,000 participants in its inaugural year. Shukla's strategic prowess extended to managing technology initiatives for the Chief Minister's Youth Internship Programme. With a robust background as a Project Manager at Gujarat State Youth Board and Advisor to the Hon’ble Mayor of Ayodhya, Shukla is recognized for his impactful contributions to governance and public policy.

Mayur Sharma has years of experience in rural livelihood improvement and economic empowerment. He specializes in analyzing and enhancing the implementation of state government policies for public welfare, with a focus on poverty alleviation, rural development, and sustainable livelihoods. In his present role, Mayur re-engineers government schemes, conducts impact assessments, and trains interns for effective field operations. Previously, he contributed to various initiatives at the State Rural Livelihood Mission, promoting enterprise architecture and sustainable market linkages for rural communities. Ambar Sharma is a public policy professional, spanning a career of 7 years with forays into both the legislative and executive sides. He has been a LAMP Fellow to a Member of Parliament, eventually becoming Chief of Staff and leading projects related to agriculture and mental healthcare along with working on various constituency and electoral issues. Subsequently, he worked with the Delhi Government on child rights, particularly juvenile justice. He currently works with one of India's biggest renewable energy companies, contributing to India's clean energy transition.He studied Business Management with a Year in Industry from the University of Liverpool. He is a part of the New Delhi Global Shapers Community, under the World Economic Forum.

Bhumika Shivhare

Bhumika Shivhare, an American India Foundation (AIF) Banyan Impact Fellow at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis, Bhopal, Government of Madhya Pradesh wherein she spearheaded Madhya Pradesh Skill Development Mission. With a master's degree in development and labor studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, she champions youth empowerment through education. Formerly working with Teach for India, Bhumika co-founded a pioneering school transformation project addressing mental health, quality education, and teacher upskilling and worked closely with Directorate’s of Education (DoE) and DCPCR. Her expertise extends to policy advisory roles at Lok Sabha and public policy projects with the Delhi School of Economics & Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Bhumika's commitment to positive societal change is further evidenced through her voluntary work with United Nations Volunteer India, reflecting her unwavering dedication to impactful leadership and community development.
Kamil Saifi

Mohd Kamil holds two master's degrees, the first in Human Rights and Duties Education from Jamia Millia Islamia, and the second in Development Studies from Ambedkar University Delhi.
